Dr. Jack Lee, M.D., FCCP,
DABSM, is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Disease, Critical Care Medicine, and Sleep Disorders
Medicine. He is fellowship trained in Sleep Disorders Medicine and a Diplomate of the
American Board of Sleep Medicine, a rare qualification. Dr. Lee has
over 8 years of experience in private practice and is medical
co-director of our Somerset Sleep
Consultant Center.
Dr. Lee completed

Dr. George J. Poiani, M.D., FACP, FCCP, is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Disease,
and Critical Care Medicine. He is also a Clinical Associate Professor at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.
Highly respected as an academic physician, Dr. Poiani has world-renowned expertise in treating patients with
pulmonary hypertension and interstitial lung disease.
Dr. Poiani earned
